Does Imeca accepts returns?
Yes, we will gladly accept the return of any standard authorized product within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided it is unused and in resalable condition, with its original packaging.

Where do I take my product for return?
If your product was shipped to your location you must send it to our distribution center 1190 NW 159th Dr Miami Gardens FL 33169
If it was picked up at a store it must be returned in person at the store where the product was picked up.

Can I return products related to hurricane season?
No, We do not accept returns on any product related to hurricane preparations.
What do I need to return a product??
Copy of receipt, shipping confirmation and credit card used for the purchase.
When my order is non-returnable?
Any item that has been used, is missing parts, not in original manufacturer packaging where applicable or damaged may be refused. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

How does our Pick Up in Store Service work?
The pick up in store option is available at all of our imeca stores throughout Florida and Georgia. Place your order at imeca.com and have a same day pick up at the store with available stock. Most of our orders are ready for pick up within a couple of hours, however, if you have a large order and want to ask questions feel free to chat or call us.
For pick ups on orders over $1000, proof of ID and credit card used on the order must be provided in order to dispatch.
Pick up is free, and in case we have to move the merchandise from one store to another it’s still free of charge, we are very committed in giving you an excellent service.

How does our Local Delivery work?
At imeca.com we offer local delivery service for our entire range of products, from baseboards to plywoods. Our local delivery network is carried out by our stores in Florida and Atlanta, so if you are in this area, make sure to enjoy our free of charge pick up service. Once you make a purchase one of our operators will call you and schedule a delivery date and time.
